Relaxing Ocean Views

Beautiful ocean views. The property was exactly as listed. Saw dolphins every morning while drinking coffee on the balcony. The condo was very homie. I was concerned we would have a lot of noise from the pool area since we were on the end directly by the pool but we did not. I was able to relax and truly enjoy my stay. There were beach chairs and noodles available for us and a nice beach umbrella. I would definitely rent again.

2201 Cottages

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good, we were told we would be right next door to our family and it was 4 condos in between. The unit needs updating and dishwasher needs to be replaced. We had ants on counter so needs to be sprayed. At the end of the day we were at the beach so it was good.

Only Two Complaints

We had only two complaints. The toilet often would not fill and flush. The TV’s should have some instructions, we could not get the sound in the living room to work. We couldn’t get any channels to work in the bedroom. Thankfully the weather was beautiful and the TV wasn’t needed much.

Needs a Deep Cleaning

The property does not appear to have been cleaned well regularly. There were used qtips, broken nails, and sunflower seeds all over the living room. If you move the giant wooden table you will clearly see a distinguished circle of filth which was unsettling having children that love to play on the floor. There were only 4 towels for a confirmed booking with 8 people, we had to purchase towels from Wal-Mart so everyone would have a clean shower towel. The check-in process was easy but a frustrating only getting 1 parking pass for a two-car party. Luckily the property maintenance man was on site frequently and new which cars were ours so we weren’t towed. Great location, just needs to be cleaned.

Nice Stay at Ocean Side

We had a lovely stay at Ocean Side. We enjoyed the location a lot and the pool and hot tub. The condo was well outfitted and the views were gorgeous. The sliding door on the patio stuck a little but nothing that you couldnt work with. The only complaint we had was the master shower wasnt as clean as we would have preferred. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again.

Not Advised of Ongoing Building Construction

The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented the condo for 28 days and offered the first week to my brother and his wife.

The day before checkin, I was advised that the condo balcony was still under construction and access would not be available. 

When my brother arrived he sent me photos of the missing balcony and video, with sound, of daily on site building exterior construction. I spoke with the condo owner as did my brother about the problems and she visited the condo to see the problems first hand. Ater the owners visit she advised me to request a refund and offered a nice apology. I did and received a partial refund for the balance of the rental agreement. For what it’s worth, my brother told me the interior of the condo was very nice and well represented by the website photos.

The owner was responsive and reasonable unlike the local representatives of Florida Lifestyls. With the exception of a rental coordinator that works out of her home in Maine. Go figure

Great Location

Enjoyable…

Great location, comfortable, love the covered parking, great access to the beach. Just a few inconveniences….thankfully we were on the 1st floor with only 1 flight of stairs because the elevator was out of order and would be a month or so before getting parts. Must bring a Roku or fire stick for the TV (would have been nice to know that in original listing). Kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils, whisk, tongs, pot holders, placemats for glass tables. Rugs in hallway & living room were filthy, our feet & socks were black after walking around. I realize some of this may seem like small annoyances but these are our thoughts.

Family Vacation 2024

Property was immaculate upon arrival. Exactly as pictured. The fridge was not cold, after calling they had brought us a dorm fridge (from their office) to help until they could get the fridge replaced. It was replaced during our stay with a new fridge. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. View is AMAZING! Pool/hot tub were wonderful! Maintained everyday! We used the hot tub every night. Beds were comfortable. Loved the rain shower head! We will most definitely be back! The location is perfect as well, walked to several places during our week for food, drinks and ice cream! I will say based on other comments, there was NO mold smell the entire week we were there. It was fresh and clean.

Great Little Place to Stay

We have staying in the complex several times! Great location. Easy access to beach, pool, and some fishing. Walking distance to many restaurants and ice cream! Overall comfort was great! Would have appreciated a more comfortable couch. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

Good Spring Break

The view is excellent and location perfect! Appliances all worked perfectly! Provided beach towels would be a plus. A couple of beach chairs would be appreciated. King mattress was a bit soft for our taste. All in all, a good place to stay.

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice but the tv did not work and the toilet was running all times. We called on Monday and maintenance came. Fixed tv but was told a plumber had to fix toilet. We had to turn on water to toilet and shut off anytime someone used it. Plumber came Tuesday and said needs new toilet and needs owner approval. They suddenly not approved so we was dealing with that for 7 days. By mistake we left a bag of laundry and called as soo we got home and was told well to bad we trash everything we find

2024 Winter Get A Way

The condo was has described. We have stayed in Beach Palms several times, but this was the 1st in 505. The only disappointing thing was people smoking on the balcony directly below us. So it limited our time sitting out on the balcony.

Great Winter Get A Way

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, well stocked, perfectly decorated, and is conveniently located across the street from the beach. The following are facts, not negatives. The condo is on the 2nd floor which made it harder for two people, one with bad knees and one with a bad back to haul luggage up (no elevator), the extra sleeping area has a lot of street noise (bring earplugs) and the same area is not very dark at night (bring a sleep mask). A couple of things that would have perfected the stay is an extra towel rack for bath towels, and a few extra wash cloths (there were only four). Go and enjoy yourself.

Indian Shores

This was the worst condo we have ever stayed in. The bed needs a new mattress, the master bath needs to be gutted and redone. I didn’t use the shower because the floor was awful.Sink and toilet needs to be replaced. The kitchen didn’t have enough pots and pans, the one small cookie sheet was burnt, greasy and dirty. No oven mitts, pot holders or garbage disposal. The 2nd bath needs a new sink and toilet and the bath tub needs a non slip mat in it. The floor is very slippery when wet. The whole place needs painting and the living room and bedroom need a ceiling fan. The only good thing was the balconey so we could see the beach and ocean. For what I paid I expected much better.

Great Condo with Wonderful Patio

This condo has been nicely redone. Our favorite was the accordion glass doors to the patio. In the evenings and mornings it was so nice to have them all the way open. The kitchens and bathrooms were redone nicely. The pool and hot tub were great too. The pool was nicely heated and the hot tub was used almost everyday day since it was chilly while we were there.

Much Needed Family Get A Way

Kids (14 yo boy & 12 yo girl) enjoyed shelling, fishing and walking on the beach. This is their 2nd time in this area and they love it here. Unit was clean and the rental company was quick to help with what we needed. We had a view of the pool and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would stay in the Beach Cottages again. I wish there was a way to pick up/drop off the keys at the condo complex, but understand that the units work with different rental companies. The office to pick up/drop off keys was not far away, though (we did check in late and checked out early). This is my 4th time staying in this area. We recommend Guppy’s (grouper, poke bowl), Yahoos (grouper), Slyce, and DJ & clam shack (lobster rolls) restaurants

Our Stay

Unit was very clean. Kitchen has all necessary cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Easy access to beach, pool and hot tub. Outside area also very clean and well kept. Plenty of good restaurants in the area within walking distance. Really enjoyed Caddy’s restaurant right across the street. Good food and drinks! Bike rental right across the street. The only complaint would be that the mattresses were not very comfortable in any of the rooms.

Chateaux

We have been coming to FL for a number of years and have stayed in numerous other VRBO/Air BNB. We have a few complaints regarding Chateaux 405 which left us less that fully satisfied. We were perplexed at the lack of bathroom supplies (we had to buy our own toilet paper, there were two (2) small bars of soap and was no shampoo). There was also dishwashing soap. Never had we had to buy these amenities. Typically the place would have books and puzzles – there were only a few books and the puzzles that were there were missing many pieces. The other complaint was the lack of beach chairs. There was one lawn chair type beach chair and a couple of low sitting chairs. Our thought was that for a few thousand dollars investment, it would have made a big diffence. We stay in Chateaux 403 last year and it had all those little things and made a big difference. One other thing, we received a welcome bag last year in our stay (from Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals) – we did NOT receive one this year. Overall our experience this year in 405 was definitely less than it was last year in 403.

Sea Breeze 201

A Nice Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Breeze is a nice spot, walking distance to the Pass and a quick drive to Reddington. FLVR was amazing and we were lucky to get an early check in. #201 was clean and had lots of kitchen items that we used. Unfortunately lots of things were outdated especially considering the price. The homemade master bed frame was disappointing but was at least better than the worn out mattress and old pillows that made getting a good rest near impossible. I was ok with no closet in the master as well. The second bedroom was fine. The microwave looked at least 20 years old and we were too scared to use the dishwasher. I also missed that there is NO washer/dryer in the unit (a super slow elevator ride to other floors). The beach access was great and community beach items in the room and in the garage was nice. I would stay at the Sea Breeze and use FLVR again but not in #201
